We are committed to using professional products that provide the best in quality & technology during your service, as well as offering home care options for you that are guaranteed to extend the life of your service results while promising to make minimal impact on our natural resources.



MetroPoints Loyalty Program...

Every guest who visits the metroSpa is enrolled on our Loyalty Program. You will automatically start accruing 1 metroPoint for each dollar you spend with us, 100 metroPoints when you reserve your next appointment advance & 500 metroPoints for each new guest you refer to us.

Every 1,000 points is equal to $20 and may be used at anytime for services, retail products or gift certificates!

Policies & Procedures….

It is our goal to provide you with Prestige service at all times. Please review the following Policies & Procedures to help ensure a smooth visit for you, our valued guest, and our hard working service providers.

· Please arrive 10 minutes early to any spa visit to relax with a beverage and fill out any necessary paperwork.

· You are invited to enjoy our private spa lounge before or after your service. Private lockers, showers & robes are available for your use, however we ask that you do not bring valuables into the metroSpa as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.

· When receiving pedicures, please remember to wear or bring your flip flops to ensure proper nail drying & longevity of your service.

· It is customary for guests to disrobe completely for their spa services; however you may wear your underwear if you wish. Keep in mind that our therapists are trained to drape you discreetly & protect your privacy at all times.

· Please refrain from using your cell phone during your visit as it can distract from other guests experience.

· For the safety of your children & consideration of other guests, please do not bring children under 9 to the metroSpa.

· Gratuities are customary for exceptional service.

· 15– 20% is common practice. Please let the front desk know the amount of gratuity you would like to add before they process your credit card.

· We have a 100% guarantee on all services & most products.

· If you are not satisfied with your hair for any reason, please call within 3 days to schedule time for your service provider to offer a solution.

· Products can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase for a product more suited to your needs. This excludes Duchess, Blinc, Arrojo, mostly used products & discontinued merchandise.

· We reserve the right to reschedule any late arrivals. Each service is scheduled for a specific amount of time for our Service Providers to provide you with exceptional results. Performing services in less time could compromise the integrity of our work & inconvenience the next scheduled guest if your appointment were to run over.

· Kindly give us 24 hours notice before any cancellation. We do understand that there are times when emergencies arise and therefore have a “3 Strikes” policy before implementing any fees.

· Less then 24 hours notice will result in a $25 change of appointment fee.

· Cancellations on the day of your visit are considered a “No Show.”

· Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a full charge for the requested service.

· We do accept personal checks, however a $50 fee will be imposed if it is returned from the bank.
