At My Liege, all of our salon service providers go through an intense new hire training program when they join the metroSpa team, regardless of their industry experience, prior to working on the salon floor. They also participate in our continuing, advanced education curriculum that provides our team stylists with the practical knowledge they need to perfect the latest industry trends while maintaining a firm grasp on classic techniques. This education process ensures that all of our team members are able to provide you with the highest quality, consistent service that meets our strict standards for excellence.
The Consultation...
All salon appointments include a complete consultation prior to your service. If you are a first time guest at the metroSpa or a current guest and want to change your current style or color, your appointment will include extra time for the consultation to make sure that you and your stylist are on the same page with the look you want to achieve.

All of our haircuts include a complete consultation prior to your service, deep cleansing & conditioning tailored to your hairs needs in our shiatsu massage chairs followed by a blow dry & style with instruction on how to achieve salon professional results every day on your own.

Ultratress Extension Services...
During your free consultation our team stylist will determine the desired length, fullness & overall effect you are looking to achieve through the UltraTress II Extensions System. They will then perform a color match to find the correct shade of hair to order for you. Hair must be purchased & ordered a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your installation appointment. All sales on extensions are special orders and are non-refundable. For more info ask any metroSpa team member.

Color Retouch Between Extension Maintenance $40.00
This service is designed for the guest who wears our Ultratress 2 Hair Extensions and needs to have their color retouched mid-way between their extension retouch visit. This retouch includes the hairline & visible part and does not interfere with the extension adhesive.
Express Color Bar Services...
Our NEW Express Color Bar Services have been designed in an effort to save time & money for the guest who visits the salon to have their current hair color retouched every 3 to 4 weeks. We understand that your time is valuable and you may have limited availability to schedule your visits. Express Retouches will be scheduled with the first available service provider that can accommodate the time that best works for you. Your current color formula is kept on file & can be easily mixed & applied by any of our team stylists. After your color processes a different team member may rinse and dry your hair depending on scheduling availability. Please arrive to the salon with Clarified, product free hair.

This service is designed for the guest who visits the salon every 3 to 4 weeks to have their existing color formulation reapplied to the re-growth area.
Express FX Application $60.00
This service is designed for the guest who visits the salon every 3 to 4 weeks to have dimensional color effects added throughout the crown area.
Complete Looks; Cut & Color Combos...
In an increased effort to continue to provide you with premier service we have decided to restructure our service menu to now offer all of our services based on the amount of time it takes to complete the service instead of by the amount of product used, as typically done in our industry. We feel that by moving our business in this direction it gives you more control over budgeting for your salon services. Since all services are now all inclusive* there will be no surprises when you go to check out. Complete Looks, Cut & Color Combos have been designed to give you a better understanding of what each service includes and how much it will cost. All of these service times are based on maintaining your current color & style. If you are thinking about trying something new our front desk team can consult with you about which Complete Look to schedule you for and make sure to include extra consultation time for your visit to ensure that your service provider has adequate time to achieve your new goals.

Additional Notes...
*All color services include a 10-minute finishing blow-dry. If you wish for a full professional Blow-out & Style or Flat Iron after your service let the front desk know. You can add this time to your appointment for only $15
**Some hair types, such as curly, heavily textured, and relaxed hair cannot be effectively blown-dry in 10 minutes. In such cases it is better to leave the hair to dry naturally to protect its integrity.
***Times & Pricing are based on “Average Hair.” In the event that you have extremely thick, long or resistant hair that requires extra time to complete your service you will be charged an extra $15-$30 for Extra Hair Add-on Time. Your stylist will discuss this with you during the consultation.
